1.Can I continue with my professional life, or I should take a break?

Pregnancy and your expert life can go together. I advise all my patients to continue with their work till 3rd trimester of Pregnancy, unless encouraged otherwise by your Doctor. Being participated in work, and meeting people expertly and socially will decrease your tension levels.

2.Is it safe to travel during Pregnancy?

You can securely travel during your Pregnancy till 3rd trimester (30 weeks of Pregnancy); unless encouraged otherwise due to high risk Pregnancy.

Strolling is typically recommended at all phases. Your Gynecologist may likewise advise on particular Pelvic exercises to enhance chances of Normal Delivery.

3.Tips that can assist me stay comfy during Office Work?

• Take short walk after every 2-3 hrly.

• Drink Plenty of Water.

• Take Small treats to avoid hypoglycemia- Fresh Fruits/ Dry Fruits.

• Avoid intake of Tea/ Coffee/ Aerated drinks- Replace it Gurgaon with Coconut water/ Fresh Juice.

• Frequently alter your sitting position.

• Wear Comfortable loose clothes- Opt for Maternity Pants.

• Stay away from Active & Passive Smoking; and Alcoholic drinks.

Tips for a Normal Pregnancy Outcome.

" It's a MYTH that you need to consume for TWO during Pregnancy.
Instead, you need to think of consuming TWICE as Healthy. ".

CALORIE INTAKE: The typical requirement during Pregnancy is 300- 400 Kcal each day over & & above your regular intake. Daily calorie count must be in the variety of 2200- 2500 Kcal daily for singleton pregnancy.

In case of twins or triplet Pregnancy, an additional 300 Kcal each day for each fetus.

Pregnancy cravings prevail- Avoid Fried food and oxygenated soft drinks; opt for fresh fruits & & fruit juices without preservatives.
